Following the construction of a new warehouse with office facilities on the same site, Focus Label Machinery appointed us to refurbish an existing unit.
Whilst the office area would be vacated, due to space limitations, the client would need to retain at least half of the warehouse during the execution of the work. It was agreed the refurbishment of the warehouse area would therefore be completed in two phases, with the client moving into the completed half mid-way through the programme.
The offices were stripped out and new fixtures, fittings and finishes installed to match the new building as follows:
