Community Staff Accommodation

This project consisted of extensive internal alterations to provide new community staff accommodation at Pilgrim Primary Care Centre in Immingham and Weelsby View Health Centre in Grimsby.

The two sites were fully operational so great care was required at all times as public and staff were present in the buildings.

The works comprised moving existing furniture within the buildings, demolishing existing walls to create larger open plan office areas, the formation of new stud walls, new carpets, decoration, and furniture along with alterations / additions to mechanical and electrical systems.

New desk pods were built insitu to provide bespoke workstations that contained new electrical, communications and data built in for connection of new IT equipment.

On occasions out of hours work was a necessity to ensure public and staff were not disrupted.
