What started out as a modest emergency scaffold and façade protection package (£100k) at the end of 2011 has since evolved into a two phase multi million pound (>£11.5m currently) glazed envelope roof remediation and new courtyard contract with associated internal works.

This is part of a significant investment in the Velocity Village Complex by its Owners and Developer, The Moorfield Group and NM UK Ltd, our client contact which spans back to a relationship established in 2005.
