Mote Park Completes

We recently saw the completion of our retirement homes on our Mote Park site in Kent.
Set in the luscious 450acre grounds of the Mote House estate, Jessops Construction undertook the challenging task of refurbishing the existing kitchen block including the refurbishment of the imposing gold leaf clock tower.

The old kitchen block houses one apartment, beauty treatment rooms and a cinema / gym room. One of the new blocks is a traditionally built structure with stone and brickwork with slates roofs. They then undertook the conversion of the stable block into 4 apartments and the new build of 3 apartments and 2 lodges.

Although this project had many challenges it finished on time. The team have produced a scheme that looks impressive and blends well within the surrounding area.
