Jessops Construction Awarded Saltash

Jessops Construction is pleased to announce the award of the construction of a new circa 45,000sqft Retail Park in Saltash, Cornwall.
The development will consist of four retail units. A Home Bargains, an Iceland Food Warehouse retail unit, a McDonald's drive-through restaurant and a Costa Coffee along with an associated car park, all of which will be constructed by the Jessops project team; together with two further retail units for which end-user agreements are in negotiation.
With a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, Jessops Construction will be working on behalf of long-standing clients Quora Ltd, who the firm is currently working with on a separate retail scheme in Bradford.
The project will be managed by Jessops Construction Contracts Manager, Richard Davies and Senior Quantity Surveyor, David Edwards.
Commercial Manager, Richard Sherry said "We are delighted to have secured this project with Quora Ltd. It affirms our commitment to continue building relationships with our long-standing corporate clients. With the successful completion of a number of retail schemes to date, Jessops are able to once again demonstrate our experienced skill set and we look forward to starting on site in April."
The project is due to start at the end of April 2018 and will run until Spring 2019.
