A Tale of Two Sites

Jessops Construction Limited has secured letters of intent from two sites in Bourne, Lincolnshire and East Grinstead, West Sussex.

The first project involves the construction of a 4500 tonnes agricultural store complete with refrigeration and ventilation plant to store and maintain temperatures for potatoes, we are excited to work closely with Bailie Knowles Partnership and Leverton Brothers. The construction is due to commence on 9th October with a duration of 23 weeks. This project will be led by our Contracts Manager Richard Davies and he will be supported by Steve Hodgson the site manager and Jo Gray our senior quantity surveyor.

The second project is a rectification scheme of a hotel and retail development in East Grinstead and we are enthusiastic to continue strengthening existing relationships with Cynergi and Cosmos Ventures. The project is due to commence on 16th October 2017 with a duration of circa 40 weeks. This project will be closely managed by our Construction Manager Mick Locke and he will be supported by Murray Lyall (Site Manager), Darren Chiumento (Assistant Site Manager) and David Edwards (Senior Quantity Surveyor).
