This formerly developed retail area required ground remediation including removal of asbestos and eradication of Japanese Knotweed prior to us commencing construction acitivites. Vibro piled stone columns followed a cut and fill exercise and thereafter the steel framed structure was finished in Aldi's new contemporary style currently being rolled out throughtout the country. The store had gained sufficient confidence in us throughout the project to entrust us with helping them set up shop, coordinating fit out trades, deliveries and later on, literally helping stock the shelves! Traffic management was of key importance as the store is situated between two busy roads.
