The award of further Medical Centre refurbishments through LHL at the Roxton, Ashwood, Pelham and Chantry Surgeries is further reward for our work with this Client Team and continues our presence in the North East Lincs area which now stretches back to the first scheme in 2006.

Working in this environment is always a challenge as balancing the everyday needs of the doctors practices whilst delivering the contract brief to time and budget demands flexibility and an understanding of the 'bigger picture.'

Possession of the first surgery to be refurbished at Roxton was taken in November 2009 and the whole project is due for completion March 2010.
