Success achieved for Lunn Healthcare at the Stirling Street Medical Centre led to the negotiation and award of the much larger Medical Centre at Cromwell Road in Grimsby.

This sixty week project was commenced in August 2008 and completed on time in October of this year. The project team undoubtedly benefited from the earlier venture at Stirling Street and employed the knowledge gained there to good effect at Cromwell Road. This was also helped by employing a large part of the supply chain previously establised thereby providing continuity and consistency in the installed elements of the project.  

We believe that this centre is an excellent addition to Lunn's portfolio and could well become the standard by which future developements in this area are judged.
