Running concurrently with, but finishing just before the Cromwell Road scheme was the refurbishment of surgeries at Pilgrim and Wheelsby. The introduction to this project and the client came through LHL who had been involved in the client teams on both the Stirling Street and Cromwell Road project.

One of the main challenges was when working in 'Live Practices' which amongst other things entailed securely removing medical records to a location off site and bringing them all back again in the same order at the critical time.

The project was successfully completed and handed over on time and has led to us being considered for further work of this type and to the recent award of the Roxton, Ashwood, Pelham and Chantry Medical Centre contracts.
