Having successfully completed the refurbishment and remodelling of a Grade II Listed Riverside Building in Wisbech to provide a new school for children with challenging behaviour, Jessops were the natural choice for our former client to undertake the redevelopment of Kirklington Hall in Notts to once again provide specialist schooling.

Extensive enabling works were undertaken under another contract over several months prior to the main works commencing in March of this year. This 5.3 million pounds project encompasses the extensive refurbishment of the old hall which was in a very poor state of repair and the construction of a completely new accommodation block in the grounds.

The project was handed over on time on 30 November 2009 and the first students are expected in January 2010.
